At **Ahava Outreach Ministries**, we believe community wellness begins with **knowledge, support, connection, and access to helpful information and resources.**

Our **Wellness Wednesdays** provide a welcoming and supportive space for our community to come together, learn about important health and wellness topics, hear real-life experiences, ask questions, and become better informed about caring for themselves and their families.

Throughout the year, we address topics such as **cancer awareness, mental and emotional wellness, domestic violence awareness, preventive care, healthy living, family advocacy, and other issues that impact our community.**

Our mission is to **educate without judgment, empower through knowledge, encourage healthier choices, connect individuals with resources, and remind our community that no one has to navigate life's challenges alone.**
