Wellness Wednesdays

May 15th Ahava Outreach Ministries resumed our monthly Wellness Wednesday Program.

This program is a free community support program where we come together to discuss various topics such as mental health, caregiving, domestic violence, substance abuse and other topics we face.

We share our testimonies, offer support ask questions and provide recommendations where possible.
