What an awesome time we had today. We cried, we laughed, and we learned! We heard courageous testimonials from some Survivors of breast cancer; remembering also loved ones we lost. We were taught self awareness of body changes, changes in lymph nodes and more. Nutrition and exercise are just a couple of things we can do for ourselves in the fight against cancer attacking our bodies. With God's grace "we fight on".
